Africa's longest-running war just entered its 23rd year — a dubious anniversary that went without mention by policymakers here in DC. We think it's time to remind our politicians that Joseph Kony, the leader of the Lord’s Resistance Army, or LRA, is still at large, wreaking havoc and terrorizing civilians in four different countries, and that they can do something about it.
