The White House is sending 150 air force troops and four specialty aircraft to aid African Union troops in their search for infamous warlord Joseph Kony. Kony is header of the Lord's Resistance Army and has been on the run for over 25 years. He is wanted for several human rights violations including the kidnapping of children and turning them into soldiers.
