John Prendergast the Keynote at Syracuse University
The Association of Public Diplomacy Scholars hosts its sixth annual public diplomacy symposium, "Public Diplomacy: Actors and Actions in a Globalized World" on November 1, 2013. John Prendergast, a human rights activist and co-founder of the Enough Project, an initiative to end genocide and crimes against humanity, will be the keynote speaker at the event.
