A three-part video series from the Will2Intervene event at the U.S. Institute of Peace that we reported about last week is now available to watch online. The event marked the launch of a new report “Mobilizing the Will to Intervene: Leadership and Action to Prevent Mass Atrocities,” drawing together leading policy experts in the field – most notably Lieutenant General Romeo Dallaire, the U.N. force commander in Rwanda during the 1994 genocide.
