The Enough Project is mourning the loss of acclaimed human rights defender and Sudanese peace activist Osman Hummaida. He passed away on Thursday, April 17, due to natural causes in a Johannesburg hospital with his family by his side. Osman was the founder and Executive Director of the African Centre for Justice and Peace Studies, an organization dedicated to the fight for freedom, equality, and justice in Sudan. He was a close friend and colleague of many at Enough and will be deeply missed.
