Secretary Clinton’s visit to Congo next week presents a much-needed opportunity to redirect attention to the world’s deadliest conflict – the more than 10-year war in eastern Congo that has left an estimated 5.4 million people dead since 1998 and, by some accounts, resulted in 1 in 3 women falling victim to sexual violence.
