John Prendergast to Speak at Twin Cities Cardozo Society 14th Annual Dinner

John Prendergast will be the keynote speaker at the Twin Cities Cardozo Society Dinner  on November 21, 2013.

Lawyers Without Rights: Jewish Lawyers in Germany Under the Third Reich.

This exhibit, shown in more than 70 cities across Germany and all over the world, tells the story of how the Hitler regime banned Jewish lawyers from practicing law in 1938, and reflects a time when the rule of law was eliminated.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
As a human rights activist and best-selling author, John Prendergasthas worked for peace in Africa for more than 25 years. He is a co-founder of the Enough Project, an initiative to end genocide and crimes against humanity and has worked for the Clinton Administration, the State Department and UNICEF.
